rolling or calendar year, and it optionally accrues
state family and medical leave such as CFRA, WFMLA,
and MA Maternity -- as well as tracking leave for
workman's comp, short term disability, and long term
disability.
Although turned off by default, Instant FMLA
includes all of the HRIS features of Instant HR.
