1. Install SimioRLM15_2-v1-20240126 
2.Open Service stop RLM Simio
3.Take from medicine rlm.exe and .lic apply it C:\Program Files (x86)\Simio LLC\Simio Network License Server run rlm.exe as adminstrator
4.go on localhost:5054 user/password=admin/admin when the page open go change password add anything you want save close the rlm.exe and run it again
5.Create System Enviroments:RLM_LICENSE=5053@localhost
